The Path Ahead

It was cold and dismal that morning. It had begun raining without stop, giving an eerie shimmer to everything in the area. It was silent that morning; nothing but the constant splash of rain was to be heard. Everything had cleared from the area; the trees were gone, the animals had fled, and it was clear what devastation had been brought upon the forest.
James and Phoenix observed the ashes of the house that had once stood there. The both held their heads down in a somber manner, not daring to say a word. They scavenged through the ruins, attempting to salvage what little could be used. Scorched paper, fragments

LOH: Prologue "Draft Two"It was a calm and quiet evening. The moon shined brilliantly upon the dancing waters of the river. Gentle breezes brushed through the branches of the mighty trees of the forest, creating a harmonic symphony of rustling leaves. Fireflies dotted the skies, flickering like candlelight. The howling of wolves could be heard and echoed in the distance, replied by the gentle coo of an owl.
In the center of the symphony of evening calm was a small, humble home nestled in the quiet depths of a clearing near the forest. It seemed to be a seedling among the many tall and ancient trees encompassing it. It was life; waiting to grow, waiting to learn. It

I haven't done any before, but I was invited by the infamous =Peppermint-Demise to draw with ~Dwig and ~MetalOverlord0001.

Overall, I had a great time even though I didn't end up drawing an awful lot. Most of it was me just joking, anyhow. Hehe~
